CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made from My Pure Cosmetica, operated by DALAA LTD.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 48 hours (2 days) of placing the order only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Cancellation requests made after shipping will be refused, even if the parcel has not yet been delivered
If the customer no longer wishes to keep the order after this period, they must receive the package and follow the return procedure outlined below.
2. Right of Withdrawal (European Union – 14 Days)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

The product must be returned in its original packaging

All seals must be intact

Proof of purchase must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned or refunded, as permitted under EU law.
4. Return Request Procedure
All return requests must be submitted before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

The customer remains responsible for the return until it is received and confirmed by us
6. No Return = No Refund
If a customer:

Refuses delivery

Fails to return the product

Keeps, uses, or disposes of the product
👉 No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including claims that the product is “not as described.”
Refunds are strictly conditional upon the physical return and inspection of the product.
7. “Not as Described” Claims
If a customer believes the product is not as described, the following conditions apply:

The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos and/or videos must be provided as evidence

The product must be returned for inspection before any refund can be issued
⚠️ Refunds will not be granted without a return of the product, even when a product is claimed to be “not as described.”
If, after inspection, the claim is validated, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used cosmetics or personal care products

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items
10. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, customers should contact us
Refunds will not be processed if the product has not been returned, regardless of the reason for the request.
